In a football match between Guinea and Mozambique held in Conakry over the weekend, the scoreline resembled that of a tennis set with a decisive 6-1 victory for Guinea. After Egypt’s earlier triumph against Zimbabwe with a score of 4-2, Guinea had a clear obligation to secure a win, and they delivered.
The goals for Guinea were scored by Ibrahima Traoré, Yattara, Sadio Diallo twice, and finally, Mohamed Diarra. In the standings for the group, Egypt led with 12 points, followed by Guinea with 7 points. Mozambique and Zimbabwe occupied the bottom positions with 2 and 1 points, respectively.
