Tunisia Beat Philippines 86-67 in World Cup Classification Match, Coach Palma Pleased
Tunisia’s national basketball team secured a comfortable 86-67 victory over the Philippines on Friday in the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup classification round.
Coach Mario Palma praised his team’s performance, particularly in the first half, and highlighted the effective rotation of all 12 players, allowing some to rest ahead of upcoming matches.
Tunisia will face Angola on Sunday at 9:00 AM, with a win guaranteeing qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
