Germany international of Sierra Leonean descent Antonio Rudiger has emerged as a top transfer target for top Saudi Pro League clubs.

Rudiger appears to have fallen down the pecking at Real Madrid this season, with Xabi Alonso preferring Dean Huijsen and Eder Militão’s partnership.

According to reports, top clubs in Saudi Arabia including Al-Nassr, Al-Hilal, and Al-Ittihad Jeddah are monitoring the situation of the tough-tackling defender, with a potential signing on the horizon.

Currently, the 32-year-old centre-back is out of action due to injury. He is expected to be out for at least three months.

Rudiger is in the final year of his contract with Real Madrid, with a contract extension yet to be finalized, making him a target for the Saudi trio.

Previously, Rudiger attracted interest from Al Nassr, who eventually signed Barcelona defender Iñigo Martinez.
