Our last six games in the French Ligue 1 are all finals for us, says AS Monaco’s Wilfried Singo
Ivorian international, Wilfried Singo, has described the six remaining matches of AS Monaco in the French Ligue 1 as finals.
According to him, the team will approach every game as a final and give everything to secure the vital points.
“We hope to bounce back after the defeat last weekend. This weekend, we will try to bounce back from it and work hard. We’ll have a big opponent in front of us. There are six matches left, six finals. We’ll take it match by match,” Singo said while speaking at Monaco’s Kids’ Tour event in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
The Ivorian is particularly upbeat ahead of AS Monaco’s mouthwatering fixture against Olympique Marseille in the French Ligue 1.
AS Monaco, currently on 50 points in the French Ligue 1, are in a good position to qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season.
The team must, however, fight for as many points as possible to stay in the top four of the league table at the end of the season.
