Ivorian international Christian N’dri Koffi, better known as Romaric, has officially bid farewell to bachelorhood. The seasoned midfielder married his longtime partner, Aurélie Méité, in a ceremony held on Tuesday, May 20.

The couple’s union is the culmination of a relationship that began several years ago. Romaric had already paid the traditional bride price for Méité — a mixed-race Ivorian woman — back in December 2013, during a private family ceremony in Abidjan.

His career has spanned clubs across Europe, including notable spells at Sevilla FC and AS Monaco, as well as numerous appearances for the Ivorian national team.
