Crystal Palace target Ivory Coast star Wilfried Singo ahead of winter window
Premier League outfit Crystal Palace have set sights on signing ivory Coast international Wilfried Singo ahead of the winter transfer window.
The Eagles are in the transfer market searching for a replacement for Daniel Muñoz, who is sidelined for an indefinite period due to a knee injury, with Singo, who plies his trade for Galatasaray emerging as a priority target.
Singo’s style and quality of play have made him the top target for the club, leaving behind competitors like Sacha Boey from Bayern Munich and Vanderson from Monaco.
The rock-solid defender joined Galatasaray this summer from Monaco for €31 million. Since joining the club, he has made 10 appearances for the Turkish giants, providing one assist.
Despite having a running contract until 2030, the Premier League outfit look to secure his signature in the winter to bolster their squad.
Singo was excluded from Ivory Coast squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations tournament, which kick start two days’ time.
