Uganda Announce Squad for World Cup Qualifiers Against Egypt

Uganda, surprising runners-up in their qualifying group behind Egypt and ahead of Ghana, are preparing for a crucial double-header against the Pharaohs in the 3rd and 4th rounds of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

Coach Basena has revealed his squad, which includes several key players from KCCA FC, the reigning Ugandan champions. Goalkeeper Denis Onyango, along with forwards Geoffrey Sserunkuma and Farouk Miya, are expected to be pivotal for the Cranes.
